If you're having issues with the LABS plugin and encountering error messages, one of the most helpful things for our support team is to see a plugin log and your spitfire.properties file. These can be found in the following locations:
Plugin Log:
Windows:
C:/Users/USERNAME/AppData/Roaming/com.spitfireaudio
macOS:
MacHD/Users/USERNAME/Library/Logs/com.spitfireaudio
Once in the folder, attach the most recent file in this folder. Do not upload the entire folder please!
Spitfire.properties + LABS.settings:
Windows:
C:/Users/USERNAME/AppData/Roaming/Spitfire Audio/Settings
macOS:
MacHD/Users/USERNAME/Music/Spitfire Audio/Settings
How to access:
Windows:
To access the "AppData" folder on Windows, do the following:
1. Open File Explorer
2. Click "View" at the top
3. Select "Show > Hidden Files"
macOS:
To access the User Library folder on macOS, do the following:
1. Open Finder.
2. Click "Go" at the top.
3. While holding the "option" key, find "Library" within the list and select it.
